Enroll for Black Madonna Pilgrimages in 3 steps:
1. Application Form
Fill out and submit the Application Form, which allows you to tell us about your background and goals for this program. Submission of Application leads to the Enrollment Form.
2. Enrollment Form
Select your program options, room choices, and payment options. You may pay the initial deposit, make payments, or pay in full at any time. You may pay online or choose other methods. Fill out and submit Enrollment Form.
Online payment transactions take place on PayPal’s secure server. You do not need a PayPal account to use this system. You may use your choice of credit card.
Payment Option A allows you to enroll by paying deposits. If you choose Option A you can return to our website to make the installment payments on the specified dates, or you can authorize us to make these payments for you.
Payment Option B allows you to enroll by paying full fees.
Payment Option C allows you to pay without using the online system. You can pay with credit card, check, money order, or wire transfer. Contact us to make arrangements for alternate forms of payment.
If paying online with Option A or B, submission of Enrollment Form will take you to PayPal’s secure online system. Proceed to pay online with your credit card.
If not paying online (using Option C) submission of Enrollment Form leads to confirmation of submission. Mail payments to us at the address on the form. If you wish to pay with credit card, please include type of card, card number, expiration date, security code, name on card, billing address if different from address on Enrollment Form, and amount you wish to pay.
You may enroll by paying required deposits or full fees. If enrolling with deposits, please note dates of Payment Schedule.
You will receive an email confirmation for each submission.
We will review your application and notify you of acceptance as soon as the forms are received.
